Comfortable rooms with spacious seating 🪑. The breakfast bar served up some tasty dishes. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

It's quiet and absolutely great hotel, everything was great. Clean and very pretty rooms come with the cable TV and a large chair, as example. Very-very nice and incredible staff as one would expect. The location is marvellous, at a short distance from Regency Square Mall.

The hostess the day we checked in was awesome. She went out of her way to help us find locations in the city we needed. She also was the hostess on duty when we checked out and I don't think I ever saw her without a smile on her face. A rarity in this day and time. Thank you, buddy

This place is conveniently situated near restaurants and the center, making it an ideal location, and it's just a mile from a peaceful park.

unclear entrance from highway (shared with gas-station exit --> gotta be careful) hotel was a bit noisy, but that was because a huge group of teenagers were staying there at the same time

I have not received my receipt where I stayed the night at the Hampton Inn. I need my receipt so I can be reimbursed by my employer. I have called several times concerning this matter and still have no results. I will not use or recommend your services to anyone. Your services are terrible. All I need is a simple receipt and that can't be provided by you.

The rooms were VERY clean,smelled good through out the hotel. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Check out at noon. handicap parking on side of building and entrance. Good lighting in parking.

Manager knew nothing about restaurants that deliver or even where they were. Didn't greet guests when they passed desk. We were there 3 days and never got breakfast either because there was no seating or they ran out of food. Not acceptable! Had stayed at Holiday Inn Express previously and much better there at same price.

The location was comfortable, with the Regency Square Mall just a short stroll away from the hotel. The queen room we stayed in was updated and large. It was nice to have a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator available.

Nice hot and great breakfast with variety of meals. Absolutely perfect, favourable location near the shopping center.

This place has a beautiful building and the rooms are tidy and really nice, plus they come with a comfy large chair 👌. It's in a fantastic location close to a peaceful park. You'll also find shopping spots, a mall, and the city nearby for convenience.

SOOO CLEAN, staff very nice and breakfast was very acceptable. Was very very pleased with and would stay again if in the area. Entire property was decorated very nicely.

Small thing that was noticed. While looking up at the ceiling in our room, the ceiling hadn't been painted well AT ALL. So if they paid to have that done it was a total waste of their money. More of a humorous observation.

The room was very pretty and large, our granddaughter was with us and she enjoyed it also. Wifi in the room was very helpful.

The hotel had nothing to do with it but the GPS carried us past the hotel a couple miles, and brought us back to the road that ran behind the hotel:). Was a little strange:)
